Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions sold to customers in the United States. For orders completed through the regular website checkout on try-lumive.com or its country-specific subdomains, wavtext OÜ is the seller and contracting party. Exclusively for orders completed through the separate external PHX checkout at shop.try-lumive.com, RP Evercrest LLC is the seller and contracting party. Website operation and ownership of the LUMIVE brand remain with wavtext OÜ. In provisions governing an order, "LUMIVE", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the applicable seller for that order. For website operation and brand ownership, these terms refer to wavtext OÜ. Some products may be offered as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how you can cancel them.

How Subscriptions Work
When you choose a subscription, you receive your selected products on a recurring basis and are charged automatically for each shipment. The billing and delivery interval is shown on the checkout page and in your order confirmation. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider and charged at each interval until you cancel.

No Minimum Commitment
There is no minimum term. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel
To cancel or change your subscription, email us at support@try-lumive.com with your order number and full name. Cancellations received before your next billing date stop all future charges. We will confirm your cancellation by email.

Returns
Every subscription shipment is covered by our 30-day Refund Policy.
